Steps to Make Healthy Paratha Pizza

Pizza is one of the favourite dishes for all age group peoples but especially it is liked by kids a lot. We always try to give healthy food to not only kids but to all our loved ones but honestly it’s not possible.My baby is just an year old but now also she is like she will have whatever she likes the taste, if she didn’t like then she will not even open her mouth for it. So I had to make something new for her which she can like. 

So this time I tried to make her have pizza but not the regular one but with paratha base , cheese and a little bit of veggies. Also , I used the leftover paratha and this time pizza became healthy as well as it does not have whole wheat flour.

Healthy Paratha Pizza

Ingredients

  • 1 half cooked wheat paratha ( either medium or thin )
  • ½ cup grated cheese

  • 2 tsp pizza sauce

  • ½ cup veggies (sliced onion, finely chopped tomato and capsicum , grated carrot)

  • ¼ tsp oregano

  • ¼ tsp oil

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1

Take a half cooked paratha. Insert fork in 4-5 places over it so that it will become crusty while cooking.

Step 2

Spread pizza sauce on the paratha evenly.

Step 3

Put grated cheese over it. Put veggies on it.

Step 4

Sprinkle a little bit of oregano.

Step 5

Keep tawa on low flame. Brush it with oil. Keep the garnished paratha on it and cover it with a lid for 3-4 minutes till the cheese melts completely.

Step 6

Once the cheese melts completely , your paratha pizza is ready to serve with ketchup if needed.
