How to Make Hara Bhara Kabab
Hara Bhara Kabab is one of the tastiest starter/snack anyone can have. Its one of the ingredient is spinach which is good for health as well. It is delicious as well. You can have it either with any chutney or sauce. Some like to have it with cheesy dip.
If you want it more healthy , you can fry it with 3-4 tsp oil same as aloo tikki.
And if you have air fryer , it will make your hara bhara kababs more healthier.
- 2 large boiled potatoes
- 1 cup green peas
- 2 cups spinach
- salt as per taste
- 4-5 green chilies
- 4-5 garlic cloves
- 1/4 inch ginger
- 1/2 tsp red chilly powder
- oil for frying
- 1-2 tbsp corn flour
- few cashews
Step by Step Instructions
Mash boil potatoes properly.
Cook green peas and spinach together in a pressure cooker. Cook it for minimum 5-6 whistles.
Rinse out the extra water from cooked spinach and green peas.
After rinsing out the excess water , grind both cooked spinach and green peas.
Also grind green chilly , ginger and garlic with it.
Once it is grinded properly, mix it with mashed potato.
Add salt , red chilly powder and corn flour.
Heat oil in a pan for deep frying the kababs.
Make tikki from the mixture and also if needed you can put half side of the cashew on it as well.
Deep fry the Hara Bhara Kababs in medium flame.
You can serve it with green or tamarind chutney.
