How to Make Aam Ras

Aam Ras is a famous Indian dessert which mostly had by maharashtrian and gujrati people.

Aam Ras basically means Mango juice. You can have it with roti or puri as well.
For making aam ras , opt for mangoes having more pulp. If mango is tangy then you have to add more sugar to make it sweet.

Note: You can add dry fruits if needed.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups mango pulpy
  • 3-4 tbsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp cardamom powder
  • water as required

Step 1

Grind mango pulp in a mixer.

Step 2

Add cardamom powder to it.

Step 3

Add sugar. Grind it again.

Step 4

Add water as per requirement.
