Steps to Make Cheesy Disc….
Cheesy Disc is one of the delicious snack which is especially loved by all kids. This can be healthy one as well. You can use wheat bread instead of normal bread. All veggies combination makes it healthy. And the crunchyness of the bread makes it more delicious with cheese on it.
You can make it for your kitty as well.
You can server it with any sauce or chutney.
- 10 bread slices
- 3/4 cup finely chopped veggies (capsicum, tomatoes, onions)
- ¼ cup boiled sweet corns
- ½ cup chopped coriander leaves
- 2-3 tbsp finely chopped green chilly
- 1/4 cup crumbled paneer
- 4 tablespoons grated cheese
- Butter for greasing and spread
- 3 tablespoons tomato sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper powder
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp chilli flakes
- Salt as per taste
- 1 tsp garlic powder or garlic paste
Step by Step Instructions
Firstly cut the bread slices in a big round shape cookie.
Cut out small shaped cookies from the big round shape cookies so that it can be used a ring.
Mix all the veggies(onion,capsicum,tomato) , green chilly , coriander leaves, sweet corn , crumbled paneer , oregano , chilli flakes , garlic powder/paste and salt.
Spread butter on all big round shape bread slices and on the bread rings.
Also add grated cheese on the big slice and put the ring on it properly so that it sticks on it.
Add the mixture on the hollow part.Add grated cheese on it as well.
Bake in the preheated oven for 7-10 minutes. If you want very crispy cheese rings you can bake them for 10 minutes else 7 minutes will do.
If you don’t have oven , cook it as we used to heat a bread on tawa.
Put little bit of butter on tawa , once it melts put the cheesy disc on it. Keep the flame low so it cooks properly and becomes crispy. Also put the lid so cheese melts properly.
Serve cheesy discs with sauce.
