How to Make Roti ka Poha

Have many leftover rotis? Need a new recipe to use it. So here it goes. One tasty and useful recipe to use leftover rotis.There are many recipes using leftover rotis. But one of my favourite and quickest one is  to make like poha using leftover  churned rotis.

Note : You can either churn roti in small pieces or can also use a mixer to churn it finely.

Ingredients

  • 10 leftover roti

  • 1 cup chopped onion

  • ½ cup chopped tomatoes

  • 1 tbsp chopped chilly

  • 5-6 curry leaves

  • Salt as per taste

  • ½ tbsp turmeric powder

  • ½ tbsp red chilli powder

  • Coriander leaves to garnish

  • 1 tsp oil

  • ½ tbsp mustard seeds

  • ½ tbsp jeera

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1

Take a bowl and churn all left over rotis.

Step 2

Take a pan. Put oil. Once oil is heated up , put some mustard seeds and jeera till they crackle.

Step 3

Put onions and green chilly in it. Saute it till it turns light golden brown. Then add tomatoes.

Step 4

Once the tomatoes are cooked , add salt red chilli powder and turmeric powder.

Step 5

Add churned rotis. Mix it well. Garnish it with coriander leaves and serve hot.
