Steps to Make Soya Galouti Kabab

Soya Galouti Kabab is one of the famous kabab which is healthy , nutritious and tasty with less oil of course. It is made of soya granules which are rich in protein which makes it healthiest. It will not take much time to make it. Honestly, I am kind of a lazy person, I just can’t stand in the kitchen all day for things.  

When I was preparing the material for the kebabs , my mother-in-law came  and she was like already we are having too many oily things now-a-days so don’t make it as it will take too much oil. But once it was prepared , I gave it to her. She liked it alot and she was happy that at least it is made with very less oil. Also , my family doesn’t like to have soya granules , in this way they had it without knowing.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Soya Granules

  • 1 cup Gram flour/Besan

  • 1/2 cup chopped Coriander Leaves

  • 3-4 tbsp  Ginger-Garlic Paste

  • 1 large onion chopped

  • 3-4 chopped Green Chillies

  • 1 tbsp  Garam Masala

  • Salt as per taste

  • 1 tsp  Chaat masala

  • 1/2 tsp  Red Chilli Powder 

  • 1/2 tsp  Cumin seeds

  • Oil/Ghee for shallow frying

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1

Soak soya granules separately for 10 minutes.

Step 2

Take the soaked soya granules and squeeze out any water that is left.

Step 3

Add green chilli, coriander leaves, cumin and ginger-garlic paste to soya granules.

Step 4

Grind mixture to a coarse paste.

Step 5

Add salt, chat masala, chopped onion, garam masala and gram flour to the paste and mix it well.

Step 6

Make kababs and shallow fry it. Serve with chutney of your choice or tomato ketchup.
