Steps to Make an Eggless Chocolate Cake….

So here I am going to share an easy and tasty recipe on how to make an egg-less chocolate cake without oven. This is one of the simplest recipe to bake a cake whether its vanilla or chocolate.If you want , add nuts to cake as well.. It will taste too good. 

Chocolate cake is one of the cake for which most of the people crave for.Few like it with out cream , few like it death by chocolate, few like it as black forest… 

I prefer cake without cream always whether its carrot cake , banana cake , coffee cake or chocolate cake. 

I baked creamless chocolate cake but it was so spongy and delicious… If you want to make it as cup cake…. Pour the batter in a large coffee mug and put some chocolate syrup on it.. Surely you will love it…

Ingredients

  • 2 cup milk

  • 1.5 tsp vinegar

  • 2 cup maida

  • 1 tbsp baking powder

  • 1 tsp baking soda

  • a pinch of salt

  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder

  • 1.25 cup sugar

  • 3/4 cup oil

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1

Take a bowl. Put milk and vinegar. Mix it properly.And keep it aside.

Step 2

Take another bowl.Keep strainer on top of it. Put maida,baking powder,baking soda,salt and cocoa powder .Sieve it properly so that no lumps will be left.Put either powdered sugar or normal sugar.Mix it properly.

Step 3

Take the first bowl which you have kept aside. Put oil in it. Mix it well.

Step 4

Pour it slowly to other bowl to prepare batter with proper consistency.Mix it properly so that no lumps form and have proper consistency.

Step 5

Take a flat surface container. Grease it properly with oil first and then sprinkle whole wheat to reduce the sticky effect of cake.Put batter in the greased container.

Step 6

Take a deep end frying pan. Heat it in high flame for 10-15 min.Put the greased container in the deep end frying pan for 45 min. Cover it with lid as well. Also keep the flame low.

Step 7

After 35-45 min , insert knife at the corner to check whether cake is baked properly. If knife comes out clear then cake is baked. And if some of the batter sticks to it then you need to bake it for more 5-10 min. Also you can try checking this knife procedure for 2-3 times.

Step 8

Once cake is baked and cools down , cover it with another plate and takes out the cake.
